The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 submits that subsequent orders, pursuant to the enquiry, have been passed and the petitioner would have to challenge the same. 4. Recording the same, the present writ petition stands closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the subsequent proceedings, if so aggrieved. There shall be no order as to costs.
