By filing the present revision, the applicant has prayed for following relief(s):- “It is, therefore, most humbly prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to allow the instant revision petition and impugned order dated 01.11.2021, passed by the Special Judge of Special Court for Trial of CBI Cases, Raipur, District Raipur (CG), passed in Special Criminal Case No.1/2018, in the matter of “State of Chhattisgarh v. Shambhu Nath & Others” may kindly be set aside and the applicant may kindly be discharged from all the offences/charges alleged against him, in the interest of justice. ” 4. As per the status report received, the trial has already been concluded 06.12.2025. In view of the same, the relief sought in the present revision has become infructuous as nothing survives for consideration in this revision by this Court. 5. Consequently, the present criminal revision is dismissed as 3 having become infructuous. No order as to costs. 6. Interim order, if any stands vacated. 7.
