By way of the present Petition, the Petitioner has made the following prayer:- “Having regard to the above and for such other grounds that may be urged at the time of hearing it is most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to invoke its inherent jurisdiction under Section 482, CrPC, 1973 and quash all further proceedings against the Petitioner in the charge sheet and criminal proceedings being tried before the learned Court of Additional Sessions Judge FTC, Raipur, C.G., p.o. Mrs. Mohini Kanwar, bearing sessions trial no. 139/23, arising out of crime no. 54/23; in the interest of justice.” 3. As per the status report received, the trial has already been concluded on 10.12.2025. In view of the same, the prayer made in the present Petition has become infructuous as nothing survives for consideration in this Petition by this Court. 4.
