(Oral) By way of present petition, which has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, indulgence of this Court is sought to direct the learned Senior Civil Judge, Court No. 1 Amb, District Una, H.P. (hereinafter referred to as ‘the learned trial Court’), to decide the case titled as ‘Subhash Chand Vs Tirth Ram’, bearing Civil Suit No. 23/2015, expeditiously.
2. As per the averments, as well as, the documents annexed with the petition, the case was listed for DWs, that too, subject to last opportunity, way back on
22.06.2024. 1 Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes.

3. Admittedly, the evidence of the defendants has not yet been closed. In such situation, the learned trial Court is requested to decide the above titled case expeditiously, preferably on or before 31.12.2026.
