By the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction upon the respondents 2 to 6 to implement the Communication/Order dated 17th June, 2026 issued by the office of the Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, whereby the petitioners representation has been forwarded to the Deputy Commissioner, Baramulla for verification and appropriate action in accordance with law with further direction upon the respondents to conduct and conclude the statutory demarcation of the petitioner’s land comprised under Khasra Nos’ 358,360 and Shamilat No. 665/676/399 situated at Mouza Shahdara, Tehsil Uri, District Baramulla, strictly in accordance with the Revenue record and applicable law, within a time- bound period. 02. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner herein would feel satisfied if the instant petition is disposed of at the threshold by directing the respondents 2 to 6 to comply with the Communication/Order 17th June, 2026 issued by the office of the Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, for verification so as to conduct and conclude the demarcation of the petitioner’s land within some reasonable time frame. 03. Be that as it may, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 2 to 6 to comply with the Communication dated 17th June, 2026 issued by the office of the Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, and also to conduct and conclude the demarcation of petitioner’s land strictly in accordance with the revenue records and applicable law within a period of two months from the date a copy of this order is made available to the respondents. 04.
