By filing the present petition, the petitioners have prayed for following relief(s) :- It is therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to admit the petition and call for the records of the case from the Court below and after hearing parties in the matter in view of law laid down in the matter of Gain Singh Vs. State of Punjab and this Hon'ble Court in WPCR 307 of 2020 the proceeding pending before the learned JMFC Bihla, District Bilapsur (CG) in case no.411/18 captioned as (State v. Varun Jain and others) be terminated/abetted and/or petitioner be discharged from the charge under section 420 of the IPC under analogy of provision of section 320(8) of the Code of criminal procedure or pass such order this Hon'ble deems fit, in the interest of justice. 3. As per the status report received, the trial has already been concluded on 21.11.2024. In view of the same, the relief sought in the present petition has become infructuous as nothing survives for consideration in this petition by this Court. 4. Consequently, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs. 5. Interim order, if any stands vacated. 6.
