Mr. Rahul Thakur, Learned Deputy Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of sole respondent. 3. Petitioner has invoked contempt jurisdiction of this Court, alleging wilful and intentional disobedience of the judgment dated 21.04.2026 [Annexure C-1] passed in CWP No.5069 of 2026, titled as Smt. Aanchal Rana Versus State of Himachal Pradesh and others, whereby, the Respondent/Competent Authority was directed to decide the representation [Annexure P-5] 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:38350 annexed with the said writ petition within twelve weeks from the date of passing of the said order. 4. Upon listing of instant petition, Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that though the representation stands decided, but, the said representation contains an ambiguity/clerical error with respect to the writ petition details filed by petitioner-Aanchal Rana, as aforesaid. 5. Faced with the above situation, Learned State Counsel states that necessary Corrigendum shall be issued within two weeks from today. 6. Pertinently, directions contained in the judgment dated 21.04.2026 [Annexure C-1] have been complied with and the representation, indisputably, stands decided, therefore, in case, any surviving grievance exists, petitioner is free to avail appropriate remedy, hereinafter, if so desires. Notice issued to respondent shall stand discharged, accordingly. In aforesaid terms, instant petition and all the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
