Jyotsna Rewal Dua, J Petitioner is working as Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) (Non-Medical) at Government Middle School Agahar u/c Government Senior Secondary School Batot, Chamba, H.P. His case is that on completion of requisite tenure at the aforesaid station, which falls under hard area, he preferred a representation on 15.06.2026 (Annexure P-4) to respondent No.2, seeking transfer to a place of his preference, however, the said representation has still not been considered and decided till date. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be content, in case, the said respondent/competent authority is directed to consider and 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a time bound manner.
