1. Heard Mr. Rahul Tamaskar, learned State counsel. None appears nor is any representation made on behalf of the respondent.
2. By filing the present petition, the petitioner’s has prayed for following relief(s):-
“It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the instant petition and allow the ANKIT KUMAR SINGH Digitally signed by ANKIT KUMAR SINGH
2 application under Section 321 of the Code of Criminal Procedure preferred by the prosecution and set-aside the
order dated 25/06/2021 passed by the learned Third Additional Sessions Judge Jagdalpur in Criminal Revision No. 20/2021, in the interest of justice.”
3. As per the status report received, the trial has already been concluded on 08.08.2022. In view of the same, the relief sought in the present petition has become infructuous as nothing survives for consideration in this petition by this Court.
4. Consequently, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs.
5. Interim order, if any stands vacated.
