Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the Respondent/ State. 3. When the matter is taken up, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that police, after completion of investigation in the aforesaid crime, filed charge sheet, which was taken on file as Electricity C.C.No.15 of 2025 on the file of the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ananthapuram, and vide Judgment dated 09.07.2025, A.1 was acquitted by the Court below, and as such, cause in the present Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication. 4. In view of the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as in fructuous, giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet, if he is so advised.
