Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS by the petitioner seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Badabazar P.S. Case No.263 of 2026 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1009 of 2026 pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M., Berhampur on the grounds stated. 3. Considering the allegations in the FIR as at Annexure-1 and the claim that the petitioner had a quarrel with the informant some time before the alleged incident and she is not responsible for the assault to the victim with the claim that the petitioner is not the assailant, recording the objection of the State, this Court, considering though not inclined to entertain her bail plea but is of the view that she should be directed to surrender before the learned court below for being released with conditions. 4. Accordingly, it is ordered. 5. In the result, the ABLAPL is disposed of with the direction as aforesaid. It is further directed that in the event, the petitioner surrenders before the court of learned S.D.J.M., Berhampur within a fortnight from today in connection with G.R. Case No.1009 of 2026 corresponding to Badabazar P.S. Case No.263 of 2026, she shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(rupees twenty thousand) with one solvent surety for the like amount with such other conditions imposed as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. 6.
