Today, when the matter was taken up, the learned Public Prosecutor, on written instructions, submitted that upon completion of the investigation, the police filed the charge sheet, which was taken on file as C.C. No.7089 of 2019 on the file of the Court of the IV Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vijayawada. It was further submitted that, after an elaborate trial, the said Calendar Case ended in acquittal by judgment, dated 27.11.2025. 3. In view of the above submissions and as no cause survives for adjudication in the present matter, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
