Case No.233 of 2023, registered under Sections 419, 420/34 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 66(C) & 66(D) of Information Technology Act, now pending in the court of learned J.M. 1st Class at Godda. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he is in custody since
07.04.2026. It is further submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and that the charge-sheet has already been submitted. The learned counsel further submits that the petitioner has two criminal antecedents of similar nature, and therefore, the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. 4. The learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the proceeds of cybercrime were routed through the petitioner and that petrol was being purchased and sold at a lower rate. It is further submitted that the statements of the persons from the locality indicate that the petitioner, after being released from jail, has been training the other persons in the locality to commit cybercrime. It is also alleged that one Kishore Mandal, who is a cybercriminal, used to send money to the petitioner and one Bipul Mandal and that such money was utilized for the purposes of purchasing diesel and selling it at a lower rate, with the funds being routed through Prabhakar Mandal. However, during the course of argument, the learned counsel for the State has not

been able to show any money trail in connection with the involvement of the petitioner. 5. After hearing the learned counsels for the parties and considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, and further considering that although there are allegations of the petitioner being involved in training others to commit cybercrime and routing the proceeds through his account, no material has been found in the case diary to connect the petitioner with the alleged offence, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
