2. This Court, vide order dated 19.11.2025 passed in MCRC No. 8412 of 2025, while allowing the bail of the applicant, namely, Kuldeep had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the

3. The learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Durg (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 11.05.2026 has requested for grant of six months time for concluding the trial.
4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD that during the course of the trial she remained on medical leave from 28.01.2026 to 15.02.2026 due to health issues, and therefore no effective hearing could take place during that period. Thereafter, on 09.03.2026, this Court for the first time became aware of the directions contained in the Hon'ble High Court's order dated 19.11.2025 and the approaching expiry of the stipulated six-month period. Immediately thereafter, the matter was taken up with utmost urgency and sincerity and has since been proceeded with on a day-to-day basis, according it the highest priority. Examination of eleven prosecution witnesses are yet to be recorded, therefore, it is respectfully submitted that a period of six (06) months is required for the final disposal of the present case.
5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is
directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a period of four months from today.
6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction.
7. Registry is directed to send a certified copy of this order to the trial Court concerned for necessary information and compliance. Sd/-
