Mr. Raghav Singhal, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. By the instant petition, moved under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner is praying for the following relief:- To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 1 to expedite the proceedings of O.S. No. 447 of 2022, “Smt. Meera Goel vs. Sri Praveen Goyal & Ors., pending in its court and to decide the temporary injunction application paper no. 6C2 as well as the entire suit within the time bound period as may be fixed by this Hon’ble Court, otherwise the petitioners will suffer irreparable loss and injury. 3. Brief facts, of the case, are that the petitioner instituted a suit bearing O.S. No. 447 of 2022, Smt. Meera Goel vs. Sri Praveen Goyal & Ors., in the court of IIIrd Addl. Civil Judge (Sr. Div.) Dehradun. Respondent nos. 2 to 4 are defendants in the suit, however, except defendant no. 2 remaining defendants have not filed written statement and the suit is pending since 2022.The application paper no. 6C2 filed by the petitioner is also pending for consideration. 4. The relief, as sought, appears to be innocuous. 5. Consequently, the writ petition is disposed of finally with the direction to the IIIrd Addl. Civil Judge (Sr. Div.) Dehradun to decide the suit bearing O.S. No. 447 of 2022 Smt. Meera Goel vs. Sri Praveen Goyal & Ors., along with application paper no. 6C2 as expeditiously as possible preferably within four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. It is made clear that the concerned court shall dispose of 6C2 application within a month and shall not grant unnecessary adjournment to the defendants and make all possible efforts to 2026:UHC:2401 expedite the suit within aforesaid period. 6. Respondent no. 1 IIIrd Addl. Civil Judge (Sr. Div.)
