CMP No.23087 of 2026 The instant application under Section 151 of CPC, has been filed by the applicants/appellants No.1 to 4, namely Geeta Devi, Ram Singh, Neeta Devi and Bhawani Devi, for release of enhanced compensation amount alongwith up-to-date interest, in their favour, as per their equal shares. Learned Deputy Advocate General as well as learned vice counsel for respondent No.2, stated that they don't intend to file any reply to the application and have no objection in case the prayer made in the application is allowed. Heard. In view of the averments made in the application, which are duly supported with the affidavits of the applicants as well as taking into consideration the no objection of learned counsel for the parties, this Court finds it in the interest of justice to release the compensation amount alongwith up-to-date interest as lying deposited in the Registry of this Court in favour of the applicants/appellants No.1 to 4, namely Geeta Devi, Ram Singh, Neeta Devi and Bhawani Devi, as per their equal shares, after proper verification and identification, by remitting the same to their saving bank accounts, details whereof have been mentioned in Para-3 of the application.
