Perusal of the record indicates that there were certain pending civil suits and writ petitions. By a communication at Annexure-'H', the respondents-Bank has called upon the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:28512 WP No. 22737 of 2022 petitioner to furnish the details with regard to the status of the suit and the writ petition. Though a response dated 05.04.2022 at Annexure-'J' to the same has been issued by the petitioner, the same do not reflect the status having been furnished. No such status is furnished before this Court either. 3. Accordingly, petition is disposed of, permitting the petitioner to approach the respondents-bank by furnishing the details as sought for.
