The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following relief: Issue a writ of mandamus by directing the Respondent No.2 to 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner as prayed in representation dated 10-02-2025 produced at ANNEXURE-Q, Q1 AND Q2 and prayed for any other directions and order upon the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the representations submitted by the petitioner on 10.02.2025 at Annexure-Q series to respondents - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:29652 WP No. 38740 of 2025 No.2 to 4 have not been considered and no orders have been passed thereon. 3. Whenever any representation is submitted to the State Authorities, it is required for the State Authorities to consider the same and pass necessary orders within a reasonable period of time either accepting or rejecting the representation made. In the present case, the representation being made on 10.02.2025 is still pending for consideration. Hence, I pass the following: ORDER i. If petition is allowed. ii. Respondents No.2 to 4 are directed to consider the representations dated 10.02.2025 at Annexure-Q, Q1 and Q2 and pass orders within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:29652 WP No. 38740 of 2025 iii. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the entitlement of the petitioner. 4.
