Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the writ papers, it is forthcoming that the petitioner has sent Legal Notice dated 10th April, 2026 (Annexure-E) requesting the respondent to issue No Objection Certificate for alienating the schedule property, however, the respondent has not acted upon the same. In that view of the matter, taking into consideration the averments made at Paragraph 7 of the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:27721 WP NO.14746 OF 2026 Legal Notice, the respondent-Tahsildar is directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner, within an outer limit of one month from the date of receipt of this order.
