These matters are taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode). 2. Since these two bail applications arise out of one and same case record, the same are heard together and disposed of by this common order with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties. 3. These are the bail applications U/S.483 of BNSS by the petitioners for grant of bail in connection with Baisinga PS Case No.63 of 2026 arising out of CT Case No.163 of 2026 pending in the Court of learned JMFC, Betnoti, for commission of offences punishable U/S.310(2) of BNS, on the main allegation of committing dacoity from the house of the informant and taking away gold ornaments and cash of Rs.2,00,000/-, along with co-accused persons. 4. Heard, Mr. Ramakanta Panda, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. P. Satpathy, learned Additional Public Prosecutor and perused the record. 5. After having considered the rival submissions and taking into consideration the nature and gravity of the offences as alleged against the petitioner vis-à-vis the accusations sought to be brought against him and regard being had to the pre-trial detention of the petitioner in custody since 12.02.2026 with submission of charge-sheet in the meantime, but taking into consideration the identification of the petitioner- Kamuda @ Khamphuda @ Bapunu @ Rajanikanta Mohanta in TI parade and non-identification of the rest of the petitioners despite being put to TI parade and keeping in view the other circumstances on record in entirety, this Court while not being inclined to grant bail to the petitioner-Kamuda @ Khamphuda @ Bapunu @ Rajanikanta Mohanta, however, considers it proper to admit the petitioners-Shantanu @ Saumyaranjan Singh and Fatal Patal @ Raju Sing in BLAPL No.3310 of 2026 and the petitioner-Banty @ Bhagaban Sing in BLAPL No.3311 of 2026 to bail. 6. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner- Kamuda @ Khamphuda @ Bapunu @ Rajanikanta Mohanta stands rejected, whereas the prayer for bail of petitioners-Shantanu @ Saumyaranjan Singh and Fatal Patal @ Raju Sing in BLAPL No.3310 of 2026 and the petitioner-Banty @ Bhagaban Sing in BLAPL No.3311 of 2026 stands allowed. Accordingly, the petitioners- Shantanu @ Saumyaranjan Singh and Fatal Patal @ Raju Sing in BLAPL No.3310 of 2026 and the petitioner- Banty @ Bhagaban Sing in BLAPL No.3311 of 2026 be allowed to go on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) each with two solvent sureties for the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Court in seisin of the case on such terms and conditions as deem fit and proper by it with following condition:- (i) the petitioners in the course of trial shall attend the trial Court on each date of posting without fail unless their attendance is dispensed with. In case the Petitioners fails without sufficient cause to appear in the Court in accordance with the terms of the bail, the learned trial Court may proceed against the Petitioners for offence U/S.269 of BNS, 2023 in accordance with law. 7. Accordingly, these BLAPLs stand disposed of.
