Roy, Advocate ---- 02/29.07.2026 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for the State and learned counsel appearing for the Informant. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Parsudih P.S. Case No.68 of 2023, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 498A and 304B of Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 2023 pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner happened to be husband of the deceased. He further submits that the alleged occurrence is said to be dated 29.11.2021 wherein the complaint case has been filed on 23.05.2023 which was subsequently converted into FIR. He then submits that due to burn 2026:JHHC:22428 --2-- A.B.A. No. 4196 of 2026 injury the deceased has died. He next submits that other family members have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in ABA Nos.1783 of 2026 and 2972 of 2026. He also submits that now compromise has taken place between the informant and the petitioner. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the petitioner happened to be husband of the deceased and the allegations are there under Sections 498A and 304B of Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 2023. 5. Learned counsel appearing for the Informant accepts the submission of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and submits that compromise has taken place. 6. The alleged occurrence is said to be dated 29.11.2021 wherein the complaint case has been lodged on 23.05.2023 which was subsequently converted into FIR and the compromise has taken place between the informant and the petitioner and other family members have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in the aforesaid ABAs. In the attending facts and circumstances of this case, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 7. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above 2026:JHHC:22428 --3-- A.B.A. No. 4196 of 2026 named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur in connection with Parsudih P.S.
