Accused no.4 in Crime No.101/2026 registered by Attibele Police Station, Bengaluru District, for the offences punishable under Sections 108, 109(1), 103(1) read with 3(5) of BNS, 2023, is before this Court in this petition filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, seeking anticipatory bail. 2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that petitioner has already approached this Court under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 read with Section 482 of Cr.PC in Crl.P.No.6982/2026 with a prayer to quash the entire proceedings in Crime No.101/2026 registered by Attibele Police Station. This Court on 12.05.2026, has stayed further investigation of the case in Crime No.101/2026 against the petitioner herein. The said interim order granted is in operation as on this date. Therefore, there cannot be any apprehension at this stage by the petitioner that he may be arrested by the police. Under the circumstances, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted at this stage.
