Mr. Pawan Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Mr. Ghanshyam Joshi, learned Additional C.S.C. for the State of Uttarakhand. 3. Petitioner was employed as Assistant Teacher in a Government School in Garhwal Division in 2008. It is further her case that because of illness, she could not attend her duty during certain period and petitioner had proceeded on sanctioned medical leave for those period. The grievance raised by petitioner is that her salary and other dues have not been released so far. 4. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following relief:- (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release salary of the petitioner since 17.05.2008 to 27.04.2009, medical salary since 16.11.2014 to 31.12.2014 and since 01.02.2015 to 17.04.2015, salary since 18.04.2015 to 31.05.2018, salary since 26.09.2018 to 08.12.2023 and CPF since the date of her first appointment and other dues till date. 5. After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had made representation which has not been decided so far. He confines his prayer and submits that petitioner be permitted to make fresh representation for release of her 2026:UHC:1981 monetary dues. 6. Learned State Counsel submits that he has no objection, if the writ petition is disposed of in terms of prayer made by petitioner’s counsel. 7. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make representation to the Competent Authority within two weeks from today. If she makes representation within the stipulated time, the Competent Authority shall decide the same, as per law, within ten weeks thereafter.
