In this writ petition, petitioner is assailing the notice dated 04.06.2026 (Annexure-A) passed by the respondent No.2 - Tahsildar. 3. Having taken note of the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, I am of the view that the impugned notice is in the nature of a penal action and therefore an opportunity has to be extended to the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:29148 WP No. 17436 of 2026 petitioner to file reply/objection to the notice dated 04.06.2026 (Annexure- A). 4. In that view of the matter, petitioner is permitted to file reply/objection to the notice dated 04.06.2026 (Annexure-A), within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Thereafter, the respondent No.2 shall take a decision in the matter in accordance with law after considering the reply/ objection filed by the petitioner. Till consideration of such reply/objection that may be made by the petitioner, respondent-authorities shall not take any coercive steps against the petitioner.
