JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 2 03-07-2026 The present petition has been filed seeking the relief that the respondent-authorities be directed to ensure early disposal of Complaint Case No. 559(C) of 2023 which is pending before the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna since 2023 as no substantive development has taken place. 02. A writ under Article 226 of the Constitution of India could not be entertained for grant of such relief which concerns a judicial proceeding. Moreover, the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of High Court Bar Association, Allahabad Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh, (2024) 6 SCC 267 has deprecated the intervention of the High Courts in the matters with direction Patna High Court CR. WJC No.223 of 2026(2) dt.03-07-2026 2/2 for time bound or expeditious disposal of the matters before the subordinate courts. 03.
