The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking an order for substituted service of notice on the respondents 2 and 3 by way of paper publication in one issue of a local Tamil daily having circulation in Trichy District. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and also perused the records. 3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to effect substituted service for the respondents 2 and 3 by paper publication in Tamil Daily viz., Malai Malar, in Trichy Edition, indicating the date of hearing as 03.06.2026.
