On the request of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the present writ petition is taken up and heard for final disposal at the admission stage. 2. The present writ petition has been filed challenging the action of the private company which is neither State nor any institutional authority of the State whereby the private company has taken action of termination on the ground that the petitioner applied for maternity leave which is not granted, therefore, she filed the present writ petition. In view of the above, this Court finds that the present writ petition is not maintainable for the reason that the relief sought by the petitioner against the private respondents which cannot be granted by this Court by exercising its power under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. If the petitioner has any grievance, she has remedy to approach before the appropriate forum. 4. In the said circumstances, the present writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable and the petitioner is at liberty to approach before the appropriate forum. 5.
