2. In this writ petition, petitioner has sought for writ of mandamus on the respondent - authorities to consider the representations at Annexures - N, P, Q, R and S, interalia direct the respondents to issue Hakku Patra in favour of the petitioner.

Having taken note of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, it is forthcoming from writ papers that the mutation has been changed in favour of the Government in respect of the subject land as claimed by the petitioner. It is also to be noted that there is a Notification dated 08.12.2021, issued by the competent authority, in this regard.
4. In that view of the matter, petitioner is required to establish the right over the property in question in a manner known to law. Accordingly, no interference is called for in this petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
