In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties and keeping in view the cogent and sufficient cause demonstrated by the petitioner the order dated 13 February 2026 stands recalled, WPA 1390 of 2012 is restored to its original file. 2. By consent of the parties the matter is taken up for hearing. This writ petition has been pending for more than a decade. 3. It is submitted on behalf of the respondent DVC that during the pendency of the writ petition the petitioner has paid all the electricity dues including the electricity duty which is the subject matter of the writ petition. 2 4. In view of the above, nothing survives in this writ petition. WPA 1390 of 2012 stands disposed of. Interim orders, if any, stand vacated. 5.
