On 17.6.2026, while deciding CMP No. 6826 of 2026, LRs of respondent No.5(a), were ordered to be brought on record as respondents No.5(a) (i) to 5(a)(iv). Now, by way of the present application, it has been pointed out that during the pendency of the lis, respondent No.5-Smt. Manohar Kaur, has expired and for bringing on record her legal representatives, applications bearing CMP(M) Nos.1531 and 1532 of 2017, have been filed. However, those applications were not decided by this Court and the case has finally been disposed of. The main appeal has been filed under the provisions of Motor Vehicles Act and strict rule of CPC are not applicable, as such, in order to update the record, the legal representatives of respondent No.5, Smt. Manohar Kaur, as mentioned in CMP(M) No.1531 of 2017, are ordered to be brought on record as respondent No.5(a) to 5(e). Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections in the cause title of the appeal. The application is accordingly disposed of.
