Instant petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed for pre-arrest bail of the petitioners in connection with Singla P.S. Case No.05 of 2026 corresponding to C.T. Case No.18 of 2026 pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C., Basta on the grounds stated therein. 3. Perused the FIR as at Annexure-1. With the names of the petitioners mentioned in the FIR, the alleged mischief committed by them is claimed therein. It is submitted that no case under Section 109 BNS is made out. Recorded the objection of the State. The petitioners said to have antecedents. But, considering the allegations in the FIR and recording the submissions as above with the involvement of 20-25 persons having attacked the victim, this Court, regard being had to the circumstances under which the alleged incident said to have taken place, is inclined to direct them to surrender before the learned court below for being released with stringent conditions even though their bail plea is not entertained. 4. Accordingly, it is ordered. 5. In the result, the ABLAPL is disposed of. It is directed that in the event, the petitioners surrender before the learned J.M.F.C., Basta in connection with Singla P.S. Case No.05 of 2026 corresponding to C.T. Case No.18 of 2026 within a period of three weeks from today, they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/-(twenty thousand only) each with one solvent surety each for the like amount subject to the compliance of conditions imposed as above and such other terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. 6.
