ORAL ORDER
1. Learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3.
2. Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. Issue a writ of certiorari or any other writ or directions and to quash the impugned order dated 12-05-2026 passed by the respondent no 2 in No/CHANA/MAG/GADIPARU/10/2026 produced at Annexure A in the interest of justice and equity.
b. To pass such other order/s as deems fit by this Hon'ble court, in the interest of justice and equity.
3. What is being challenged is the order passed under Section 55 of the Karnataka Police Act, 1963, (for short,
"Police Act") as regards which the petitioner has an appeal in terms of Section 59 of the Police Act.
