Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge. Notice. Ms. Menka Raj Chauhan, learned Deputy Advocate General appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Petitioner is serving as Peon (Class IV), at Government Senior Secondary School, Malang, District Lahaul & Spiti. Her case is that she is serving at the aforesaid station ever since 02.09.2019; Having completed more than six years of service at the present place and faced with some problems as well on the domestic front, the petitioner has preferred a representation on 03.08.2026 ( Annexure P-3) seeking transfer to office of Block Elementary Education Officer, Keylong-2, wherein the post of Peon is 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 stated to be lying vacant. Petitioner's grievance is that the aforesaid representation has not been considered and decided till date. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be content in case the respondents/competent authority are/is directed to consider and decide the aforesaid representation in accordance with law within a fixed-time schedule. Learned Deputy Advocate General is not averse to this prayer. 4. Having regard to the afore-submissions, but without examining the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents/ competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, Annexure P-3, in accordance with law and Rules/Policy governing the field within a period of four weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner.
