This petition is filed seeking following reliefs: (i) Issue a writ of certiorari or any other writ or direction quashing the order dated 03.04.2004 in SLA No.934/2015 (in I.D.No.148/2025) passed by the Industrial Tribunal, Bangalore, (Annexure-B). (ii) Such other writ, directions or order, as this Hon'ble Court may deem just and expedient in the circumstances of the case. 3. Counsel for the respective parties presented several contentions. Sri.L.Shekar, counsel appearing on behalf of the workman fairly submits that the workman has challenged the order of dismissal by raising a dispute before the appropriate forum. The Court acknowledges the fair submission made by counsel for the respondent. 4. Taking note of the said submission the serial application under Section 33(2)(b) of the I.D. Act is allowed. 5.
