JUDGMENT: (per Manoj Kumar Gupta, C.J.)

The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 18.03.2026, issued by respondent no.5 cancelling the permission granted to the petitioner earlier to organize an exhibition at Parade Ground, Dehradun, on the ground that it is required for certain events by them.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents no. 4 & 5 states that yesterday the petitioner was given an offer for being provided with permission to organize exhibition at the same place in 1
2026:UHC:1944-DB the month of October, 2026 and he has agreed to the proposal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the said statement. He states that he is withdrawing the writ petition in view of the offer made by respondent no.4 & 5.

In view of the above, the writ petition is
disposed of as withdrawn. Respondents no. 4 & 5 would abide by the offer made by them.

Pending application, if any, also stands
disposed of.
