This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 whereby the petitioner Ashim Sarma has prayed for releasing him on regular bail after he was arrested in connection with Geetanagar P.S. Case No.07/2026. 3. Police had information that in a Beauty Parlour at Geetanagar, some people are involved in prostitution. Police raided the said Beauty Parlour and recovered many used and unused condoms. 4. The present petitioner is the Manager of the said Beauty Parlour. It is alleged that he induced the victim girls to enter in the act of prostitution. 5. I have heard the learned counsel of both sides. 6. Mr. Das has objected to this bail application. 7. The petitioner has already spent 15 days in judicial custody. Thus, he no longer deserves to be detained for any further period of time for the allegation brought against him. His bail application is allowed. 8. The petitioner Sri Ashim Sarma who was arrested in connection with Geetanagar P.S. Case No.07/2026, shall be released on bail of ₹25,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kamrup (M), Guwahati, Assam.
