Learned Counsel for the Petitioners has placed before us an order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 1212 of 2019 dated 23rd July, 2026. He states that the present matters can be disposed of in terms of the same order which was passed in Writ Petition No. 1212 of 2019. Learned Counsel appearing for the Zilla Parishad does not dispute this position. He fairly states that same order can be passed in these Petitions also. 2. In light of the position as stated above, and when both the parties are ad idem on this issue, we are of the opinion that all the Petitions can be disposed of on the same terms and conditions on which the order dated 23rd July, 2026 was passed in Writ Petition No. 1212 of 2019. Hence the following order. 3. The Petitioners to approach the Chief Executive Officer of Purti Parab 2/3 9-WP-6241-2026 @ Ors.doc Nashik Zilla Parishad by making a representation along with copy of judgment of the Nagpur Bench as well as copy of the judgment of this Court in Writ Petition No. 1212 of 2019. 4. The case of the Petitioners be considered by the Chief Executive Officer of the Nashik Zilla Parishad in light of the aforesaid orders. 5. The Petitioners to prefer a representation alongwith copy of this order and necessary action in terms of the said representation be taken by the Chief Executive Officer as expeditiously as possible in any case within a period of ten weeks from the date of making of the representation. 6.
