2. The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:-
“i. Call for the records pertaining to the impugned FIR registered at Police Station Kotwali, District Rajnandgaon; ii. Quash the impugned FIR registered at Police Station Kotwali, District Rajnandgaon for offences under Sections 296, 299, 352 and 353(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3(1)(10) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 together with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom; iii. Pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present petition stating that there are a few defects that need to be cured.

Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file petition afresh, subject to depositing a sum of Rs.5,000/- as cost by the petitioner in the Registry of this Court and the same shall be transmitted to the Government Home for Mentally Underdeveloped Children, Mana Camp, District- Raipur (C.G.), for wasting the precious time of this Court.
