1. The instant third interim bail application under Section 483 of BNSS has been filed on behalf of the petitioner Chetram, who is in custody in connection with FIR No.248/2021, registered at Police Station Malarna Dungar, District Sawai Madhopur, for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 452, 307 and 302 of IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has preferred this instant interim bail application on the ground of petitioner's real brother's marriage scheduled on 25.04.2026.
3. Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the verification report received from the S.H.O., Police Station Malarna Dungar, District Sawai Madhopur, dated 17.04.2026.
4. The verification report enclosed with the marriage card, confirms the fact that the marriage of petitioner's real brother
[2026:RJ-JP:17092] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-5238/2026] Ramnaresh is scheduled for 25.04.2026. Therefore, considering the aforesaid facts, the interim bail application of the accused- petitioner is allowed till 30.04.2026 from date of his release.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner- Chetram S/o Hanuman, shall be enlarged on interim bail till 30.04.2026 from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- and two sureties in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court. The learned trial Judge shall also verify the address and the contact details of the surety through concerned S.H.O. before releasing the accused-petitioner on bail. It is needless to say that after availing interim bail, the petitioner shall surrender before the concerned jail authority after completion of the aforesaid period.
6. The concerned jail authorities and the trial court are directed to send the report to this Court regarding surrender of the petitioner.
7. Furthermore, it is directed that in case the petitioner fails to surrender before the Jail Authorities within stipulated time, his bail bonds shall be forfeited and the proceedings for arresting the petitioner shall be initiated immediately by the trial Court.
