The Court of the learned Additional District Judge (Bank Cases) (Designated Commercial Court), Srinagar, in the case titled “The Jammu and Kashmir Bank Ltd. Vs. Mohammad Adil Dar and Ors.,” has issued coercive process in the form of non- bailable warrants dated 08.06.2026, thereby seeking the arrest and presence of the petitioner- Mohammad Hanief Malik, who figures as defendant No. 4 in the civil suit and as being guarantor in respect of the financial assistance availed by the defendant No. 2- Mohammad Adil Dar. 2. This Court disposes of present petition at its inception stage by directing the petitioner to appear in person before the Court of learned Additional District Judge (Bank Cases) (Designated 77 Suppl- II Commercial Court), Srinagar, tomorrow i.e., 24th July, 2026 at 10:30 AM which is the date already fixed by the said Court. 3. The petitioner is not to be subjected to suffer any arrest in furtherance of the non-bailable warrants so issued by the Court of the Additional District Judge (Bank Cases), Designated Commercial Court, Srinagar. 4. In case the petitioner fails to cause his appearance in the matter before the said Court tomorrow, then the Court shall be at liberty to fresh process against the petitioner for his arrest and appearance which shall be at the risk and cost of the petitioner. 5. A copy of this order be provided to Mr. Basharat Waheed, learned counsel for the petitioner under the seal and signature of the Bench Secretary. 6. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of.
