Ranjan Sharma, Judge Petitioner, Vijay Kumar, had filed CWP No.7481 of 2011 before this Court and upon establishment of State Administrative Tribunal, the matter was transferred to the Tribunal and now upon its abolition, the same has been re-transferred to this Court, as CWPOA No.668 of 2019, seeking the following relief(s):- “(i). That the respondents be directed by a writ in the nature of Mandamus, to offer the post of daily waged clerk to the present petitioner, by treating his case on the same lines 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2026:HHC:38269 - 2 - as that of Sh. Ravinder Kumar, who has been appointed to the said post by virtue of order dated 16.09.2010. (ii). That the instant petition may kindly be allowed with costs and the respondents be directed to appoint the petitioner as daily waged Clerk immediately and with all attendant and consequential benefits.” 2. Without going into the merits of the controversy, Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall be contented in case representation dated 10.10.2010, Annexure P-6, is examined/considered by the respondents/competent authority in accordance with law. 3. Prayer being innocuous, is not opposed by the Learned State Counsel. 4. In above backdrop, without passing any mandate, this Court hopes and trusts that the representation dated 10.10.2010, Annexure P-6, shall be considered and examined in accordance with law, expeditiously. 5.
