The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers: “3.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside and quash the impugned order dated 27.02.2019 (Annexure P/1) passed by learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Raipur, District Raipur in Criminal Revision No. 543 of 2018 (Sanjeev Drolia vs. Arvind Kumar) and also the order dated 06.12.2018 (Annexure P/2) passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur (Chhattisgarh) in Complaint Case No. 878 of 2016 (Arvind Kumar vs. Sanjeev Drolia). 3.2 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief(s)/order(s) in favour of petitioner, which deemed fit & just in facts & circumstances of the case.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present petition, the sole petitioner passed away. Consequently, the trial/proceedings against him were disposed of on that account vide order dated 30.11.2022. 4. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in the present petition.
