This Court, vide order dated 15.01.2026 passed in MCRC No. 557 of 2026, while allowing the bail of the applicant, namely, Bajrang Aliyas Babu Jaiswal had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with AKHILESH KUMAR DEWANGAN Digitally signed by AKHILESH KUMAR DEWANGAN 2 law, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sarangarh, District – Sarangarh-Bhilaigarh (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 12.05.2026 has requested for grant of four months time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD that the complainant has not appeared and the remaining witnesses have also failed to appear despite service of bailable warrants resulting in delay in the proceedings, examination of 11 witnesses is still pending. Therefore, it is respectfully submitted that a period of four (04) months is required for the final disposal of the present case. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a period of four months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
