Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, after arguing for a while, submits that the judgment passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Srinagar is in consonance with the law declared by this Court and affirmed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court. 2. He, however, submits that the learned Central Administrative Tribunal ought not to have put a rider that the refixation of retiral benefit would only be after ascertaining as to whether the benefit of SRO 59/1990 has been extended rightly or wrongly. 3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners, we are of the considered opinion that the judgment passed the Central Administrative Tribunal does not suffer from any legal infirmity.
