Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a communication dated 14.08.2026 and copy of order dated 13.08.2026, passed by the Director of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, which are taken on record.
2. A perusal of the aforesaid order dated 13.08.2026 reveals that the petitioners have been allowed higher stage of pay of Lecturer post i.e. Rs.47,000/- after two years of regular service, subject to final outcome of LPA filed in CWP No.4830 of 2023, titled as Inder Singh Thakur and any other legal remedies. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
2 The DDOs concerned have been directed to fix the pay of the petitioners and release the arrears.
3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 14.10.2025, passed in CWP No.16025 of 2025, titled, Baldev Chand and Ors. vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and Ors., has duly been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is closed. However, in case, the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioners strictly in terms of the directions given by this Court in the judgment sought to be executed within a period of eight weeks from today, they shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the present execution petition.
4. The execution petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of. 08 th September, 2026
