Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS by the petitioners seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Nirakarpur P.S. Case No.144 of 2026 corresponding to G.R. Case No.365 of 2026 pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C.- cum-NGN, Tangi on the grounds stated. 3. Considering the FIRs lodged against each other as per Annexures-1 and 2 and the report at the instance of the father of petitioner No.1 and the nature of dispute between them, recording the objection of the State, this Court, though not in favour of entertaining their bail plea for the mischief committed but is inclined to direct their release upon surrender before the learned court below subject to suitable conditions. 4. Accordingly, it is ordered. 5. In the result, the ABLAPL is disposed of with the direction as aforesaid. It is further directed that in the event, the petitioners surrender before the court of learned J.M.F.C.-cum- NGN, Tangi within a fortnight from today in connection with G.R. Case No.365 of 2026 corresponding to Nirakarpur P.S. Case No.144 of 2026, they shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(rupees twenty thousand) each with one solvent surety for the like amount each with other conditions imposed besides the following, such as, they shall not cause any injury to the informant in any manner whatsoever while on bail and to furnish an undertaking at the local PS in that regard. 6.
