The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: (a) Issue a writ in the nature of certiorari or any other writ or order quashing the Letter un- dated, issued by Respondent, vide Annexure- G and direct the Respondent to return all original documents with respect to Site No. 157 Nisarga Hi Tech Layout, 7th Phase Sy. No. 128/3, situated at Kannurahalli Village, Kasaba Hobli, Hosakote Taluk, Bangalore Rural District-562 114 (b) Pass any other appropriate order which this Hon'ble court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice. 2. The petitioner's husband and the petitioner had obtained a loan from the respondent - Bank. Unfortunately, the petitioner's husband expired. Thereafter, the petitioner has cleared the loan and is now seeking for return of the original documents. The owner of the property being the husband, the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:29274 WP No. 33305 of 2025 Bank sought for furnishing a Succession Certificate, on which basis, the Bank had undertaken to act on it. The petitioner has issued a letter to the Bank stating that an application for issuance of Succession Certificate has been filed and it would take about 2 to 3 months time. 3. In that view of the matter, reserving liberty to the petitioner to furnish the Succession Certificate to the respondent and directing the respondent to act on the basis of the said Succession Certificate, the petition stands disposed of.
