The joint memo reads as under: The WP filed against the award in Ref.No.249/2001 dated 01.12.2011 on the file of the Industrial Tribunal, Mysuru has been settled between the parties on the following terms and the award may kindly be modified as under: 1. The Corporation has agreed to confirm the punishment order No.212/96/6176 dated 07.12.2000. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:29526 WP No. 8690 of 2013 The Corporation further agrees to pay the benefits arised out of restoration of 2 punishments orders i.e., (1) No.3240/99/6194 dated 7.12.2000 and (2) No.1/96/6195 dated 7.12.2000. 2. The parties to the proceedings have agreed for the above terms. 3. Sri.L.Shekar, counsel submits that he has instruction from respondent No.1(A & B) to acknowledge the joint memo. 4. The Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the joint memo. In view of disposal of the Writ Petition in terms of the joint memo, the award dated:01.12.2011 passed by the Industrial Tribunal, Mysuru is modified in terms of joint memo as far as the petitioner and respondents are concerned. Compliance of this order to be made within four months.
