PRODUCED AT ANNEXURE -J BEARING NO HPN/LSR/LN/166/2025 AND ETC.

ORAL ORDER
1. The Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:
1) A writ of certiorari to quash the Demand Notice dated 13.02.2025 in as much as it makes a demand payment of interest at the rate of 13.5% p.a. produced at Annexure J Bearing No HPN/LSR/LN/166/2025
2) Issue a direction in the nature of writ of mandamus for 2nd Respondent to reimburse the interest accrued on the principle loan amount borrowed from the petitioner from Karnataka Gramina Bank. Produced al. Annexure.
3) Issue further directions in the nature of Mandamus to Tahsildar, 3rd respondent to consider the request of the petitioner in the light of directions issued by this Hon'ble court on an earlier occasion in W.P. No.6902/2007; Produced at. Annexure. "C"

4) Issue further directions in the nature of Mandamus to the Respondents to pay damage to the Petitioner which she has sustained as a result of non-issuance of caste certificate at the relevant part of time, which can be assessed at Rs.5.00 lakhs.
5) Pass any other order/s as this hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity.
2. The learned counsel for the Petitioner has filed a memo seeking withdrawal of the Writ Petition. The same reads as under:-
“MEMO FOR WITHDRAWAL
The Petitioner herein seeks leave of this Hon’ble Court to withdraw the above Petition as not pressed. Accordingly, it is prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to dispose of the above Petition as withdrawn, without any order as to costs in the interest of justice and equity.”
3. Accepting the said memo and submission of the
learned counsel for the Petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
