The reply has been filed on behalf of the respondent, pleading therein that, after dismissal of the SLP by the Hon’ble Supreme Court on 08.01.2016, the respondent authorities have issued a letter to the petitioner to report on duty, to which, the petitioner has reported on 21.02.2016 and he has been reinstated. 5. In the aforementioned facts of the case and the pleadings made in the reply, it is apparent that the Respondent/Contemnors have purged the contempt.
